Here’s my “medium skin tone” photo submission. I have a tan year round and originally had black hair. :)
im black lol and i loveee pastel hair a lot of people i talk to say that black people can wear pastel hair without looking ghetto unless they are light skinned. my skin tone is like the singer ciara. brown skinned with lighter undertones are there any colors that i could possibly hold without looking crazy?
Hi dear! Sorry to post this publicly but you submitted it as a post instead of a question! I personally think it’s absolutely down to how you look after your hair, rather than your skin colour, to decide whether or not the dye will look good! Girls of any skin tone who don’t look after their hair will look quite silly if they dye it pastel and never do the regrowth or what have you. In regards to it suiting your skin tone, just look at Nicki Minaj! They are wigs, of course, but you see how the shades look together. It’s killer! You can look good in whatever you wear, it’s HOW you wear it. I’m sure it will look awesome. Just take care of your hair during the process and it will look great. Have fun :)
